Nice one KFC! Ito ang dapat tularan (not the viral vid with the beki rep who made fun of the customer). The rep maintained professionalism, even though he knew it was his mother. I wouldn't go to the technicalities of the call, he didn't provide the total bill, but that's just me! LOL (TVC time constraints and too technical perhaps)
